Refund policy
Photographs shown on the website should act as a guide to the product only. As our products are natural dog treats, each treat is unique and will vary from the photo shown, sometimes in size, weight, shape and colour.
Please also note that natural treats can be odorous. Whilst we can guarantee that your dog will love the smell, you may not. Strong odour does not indicate any issue with quality or freshness. We are more than happy to work with our customers, however, there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if the product is found to be different to customers’ expectations, or you have ordered incorrectly.
All items are checked thoroughly before being dispatched, but if upon receiving your order there is a defect with the product or an incorrect product was sent, please take photos and send an email to info@treats4paws.com.au within two days of receiving your order, so we can evaluate any issues.
Should we not receive your complaint within this time frame, this may affect any type of replacement or refund that may be given and cannot be disputed.
We DO ACCEPT returns or refund in full if the product(s) you received does not match your order or are manufactured incorrectly by us. These issues need to be reported to us within 2 days. If you are requesting a refund, you will need to post your product(s) for return within 5 days of receiving your order. All products need to be in original packaging and in a sealed condition.
We DO NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges if; there is a change of mind, your pet dislikes the treat(s) purchased, you find the product to be different to your expectations, or you have ordered incorrectly.
Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds will be at the discretion of Treats 4 Paws.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 days (depending on your financial institution).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of receiving your notification of refund:
- Check your bank account (amount refunded will exclude your original shipping costs)
- Contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is processed by them
- If you have still not received your refund after doing these steps, please send an email to: info@treats4paws.com.au
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or an incorrect product was sent.
Shipping
- We can arrange for collection of incorrectly sent or faulty item(s) and have the replacement item(s) sent where applicable. However if collection is unsuccessful, customer will need to arrange the return of the item(s) instead. Otherwise a courier futile cost from first attempt will be chargeable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Faulty/Damaged Items
Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item purchased in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will send you this as your replacement. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund (including original shipping costs). The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns
Shipping your returns: Upon approval of your return you will receive an address to post your item/s to.
