Australia-Wide Orders

We endeavour to have all orders complete and shipped within 3 business days of an order being placed. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order within Australia, depending on your location. Dispatch and delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Our deliveries are tracked from NSW and sent via Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies.

ORDERS OVER $99 AUD: Free

Please note that shipping fees are determined after any discounts are applied. The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery to all St George and Sutherland Shire postcodes, and select surrounding suburbs in NSW, Australia - 2203, 2204, 2205, 2206, 2207, 2208, 2209, 2210, 2211, 2212, 2213, 2214, 2215, 2216, 2217, 2218, 2219, 2220, 2221, 2222, 2223, 2224, 2225, 2226, 2227, 2228, 2229, 2230, 2231, 2232, 2233, 2234.

Minimum spend $30.

Must select "Local Delivery" under shipping options if your order qualifies.

Please specify in the Order Notes at Checkout if you'd like us to leave your delivery in a specific place if you're not home.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered within estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be delivered within these time frames. In busy periods, shipping times may take longer. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors outside of our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully upon submission of your order. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivery caused by incorrect data entry. You must ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery and order details are correct upon checkout. Once your order is processed; we are unable to change the shipping address or give refunds if we are supplied with an incorrect address. If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return to Sender fee and we will not refund original shipping charges. 

Lost or damaged orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. We cannot be liable for products damaged or lost in transit, or for delays caused by carriers or any event which is out of our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by incorrect delivery address being provided.

Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Treats 4 Paws.

Authority to leave

All orders are Authority to Leave (ATL) due to COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus) and social distancing. Couriers have an ATL Policy (Authority to Leave), this means that the product can be left as per your instructions without you having to be there to sign for the product.
