Shark Cartilage (thick)

100% Australian Shark, suitable for dogs and cats

• Single ingredient product that contains no added preservatives, additives, colours and no added sugar.
• This treat contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which improves joint and skin health whilst also reducing infections/inflammation. It also contains calcium, chondroitin and glucosamine for bone and joint health as well as protein for muscle health. Shark cartilage also assists with maintaining good dental hygiene.
• Contains less than 5% fat making this a great choice for dogs who are prone to pancreatitis.
• These are a natural treat and therefore size, shape and colour can vary.
• Shark cartilage are approximately 15cm long and 1-2cm wide.

Shark treats are derived from either North Queensland Blacktip sharks or Australian Gummy sharks that are both highly common sharks in Australia and are caught using sustainable practices in accordance with the Australian Fisheries Regulations. No endangered sharks are used in our treats. The sharks used in our treats are deemed “Least Concern” by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. 

As with all our fish treats, the “left-overs” from sharks caught for human consumption (often referred to as flake) are only used so nothing is wasted.
